Frequently asked questions about my wedding films:

You will receive a USB copy in a presentation case. In addition to this, we are delighted to be able to provide you with a full 4K online version of your wedding film that can be viewed and downloaded on mobile devices, tablets, laptops, as well as streamed to your smart TV.

We certainly can. We always shoot our footage in 4k which creates stunning quality films, and can provide in DVD and Blu Ray formats if required.

Certainly. Included in the basic package is mileage of 100 miles (round trip). Any mileage over and above this is charged accordingly and, in the case of considerable extra travel, an accommodation fee may also be applicable. Please contact us for further details. To date Pindrop Wedding Films have produced wedding videos in Aberdeen, Elgin, Bute, Berwick-Upon-Tweed, Inverness, Perth and even Belfast and Yorkshire to name but a few.

Yes. I have been involved in video production for the past 14 years and have worked for broadcasters including Sky and the BBC on both current affairs and live events. As well as wedding videos, I also produce corporate video from time to time.

I studied hands-on video production for two years at college before going into the professional broadcast sector. Along with my HND in video production. I have also qualified in Professional Wedding Videography and hold a Master Membership of the Institute of Videography.

This is certainly a valid concern. I wouldn’t like it either. To achieve our style, I make sure that I am in the background as much as possible. Also, I won’t be moving around during the ceremony. Many people have commented on how unobtrusive I am. Furthermore, I will not set up shots unless you wish me to do so but, of course, feel free to give the camera a wave if you want to.

No problem. Feel free to contact us and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Wedding films are highly bespoke in nature - absolutely every one is different - and so it’s not uncommon to incorporate special requests for my couples. Don’t hesitate to ask!

Our maximum wait is currently 12 weeks. In reality you are quite likely to receive your finished film earlier than that especially during off peak months.

Of course. We will hold the final 4K files on hard disc should you require any extra copies.

Simply contact us if you wish to book and the relevant documents will be sent out you.

In short, we shoot and edit your wedding video using high quality digital equipment to ensure a final product that looks and sounds as close to as it did on the day. For those of you who are interested, we use Panasonic GH5 cameras shooting in 4K to capture your big day. For post-production and editing we use Final Cut Pro running on Apple Mac Pro workstations.
